At The Clawsy Nails, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a seamless shopping experience.


Shipping Methods and Fees

All items are shipped via Singapore Post's tracked letterbox service unless otherwise arranged or communicated. Please refer to their website for shipping durations.

Complimentary standard shipping will be provided for orders exceeding $30. Otherwise, A flat rate of $3.90 applies for local delivery. 

Parcels exceeding the letterbox dimensions provided by Singpost will be handled separately by us. 

Other Shipping Options are available at your own expense. Please contact us with your order number, courier chosen to check for availability. 


Order Processing Times

  • Orders will be shipped out within 7-20 working days. Please note that this estimate does not apply for pre orders, which vary in terms of duration depending on the complexity of the design.
  • For updates, follow our communication channels on Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok.

Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are made in accordance with SingPost’s operating schedule on business days.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not supported.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. Use this number to monitor your order’s progress via SingPost Tracking.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. Customers will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.

Self-Collection Option (Coming Soon)

  • We are working to offer self-collection as an option for your purchases. Stay tuned for updates!

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at theclawsynails@gmail.com. We hereby request that all customers film their unboxing, starting from the front of the parcel showing your address. If this is not abided, we will not be able to proceed with the investigation nor provide a resolution.
  • Damages reported after 24 hours of delivery may not qualify for resolution.

Additional Notes

  • During peak periods, such as festive seasons or sales events, shipping times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.
  • For urgent delivery requests, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.
