Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to swap designs or sizes. We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at theclawsynails@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and seek to provide a resolution.

We request that all customers film their unboxing, starting from the front of the parcel showing your address. If this claiming procedure and 24-hour time frame is not abided, we will not be able to proceed with the investigation, and hence we will not be able to provide a resolution.

Parcel Returned to Sender

  • Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed parcel, or incomplete details will incur a processing fee and additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition as when you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
  • All items received, including the complimentary items and toolkit, must be returned.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Method of refund will be advised accordingly, and refunds will be processed in 14 business days upon the day we receive the package.

Exceptions to Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Items shipped to the address provided by the customer where incorrect details were entered during checkout.
    • Unsealed press-on nails or adhesive tabs, due to health and hygiene considerations.
    • Free or promotional items, sale items, and gift cards
